Short and sweet!!

Today's stats:
30 min. 3.23 miles, 502 calories burned
50 bicep curls and 20 bent over rows using 8lb. weights
100 ab crunches
80 oz. of H20
Not calculating dinner, 975 calories(I'll explain tomorrow)

I'm super sleepy so I'll be cutting this one short tonight. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thursday:)
