Its been about 10 months....I'm back!!

Ny'Lia Oliviah Robinson was born on 3/13/12 at 11:31pm weighing in at 9lbs. 6oz. (I will be updating my family blog with the birth story, etc. later this week).

I'm feeling pretty good. Get sore if I'm up on my feet for too long. I am really eager to get the "show on the road" but my body is telling me that its not quite ready.

With six kids, I think my biggest challenge is going to be time. The baby is breastfeeding on demand so I can't say that I have a certain time in which to workout. So for now, I'll get into the habit of eating properly and drinking lots of water. I MIGHT start a facebook fan page to keep myself accountable. Do you all think thats a good idea or should I just stick to blogging??Nothing like telling people how much you weigh and posting pics to really get my butt on the right track.

I see I still have some followers. Say hi if you're still around to cheer me on. My 6 week check up is on 4/26/12. So I will be posting that day to see exactly where my head is and what my plan of action will be to get rid of this baby weight.

Monday Madness

Getting to the point(I'm suppose to be getting my son ready for school): I think I could have done better this week. I exercised 4 out of 7 days but I wanted to do 6. I also feel that my eating habits COULD have been a little better as well. I think going to KFC while dieting is such a good idea. I lost 1.5 lbs this week, bringing me to 177.7. I'm okay with that number but not excited about it. So this week I know that if I want to lose a good amount of weight, I should step it up a notch or two. I'm hoping to workout at least 5 times this week and not going above 1800 calories per day. Have a great week everyone!

I Hope This Continues

I'm down 5 lbs from last Monday and I'm so happy:) I know that I'm still losing "baby" weight, but I don't care. Its another 5 lbs. that I don't have to ever see again. I ate really well last week. And with four kids, I feel like I did plenty of exercise because I really don't sit down much until Clarence (hubby) gets home from work. I'm going to try walking 2 miles on the treadmill during nap time. There is no way on earth I'm taking my children out in this dreary cold Minnesota weather.
