Scale Saturday!!I feel amazing. A healthy high is what I'm on. This will last for as long as I allow it to. Nothing and no one can take this from me. I am in control. I'm doing this. A great support system and mental focus is what I thrive on and its working!!I'm the type of person that if you tell me I can't, I will make it happen. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSES.
