Goals for the week


I need to start doing this so I won't fall off as much as I have in the last few weeks. So here goes:

1.Exercise 2x per day
2. Drink at least 120 oz. of water per day
3. Go to bed before 11pm
4. Eat within my calorie range of 1400 calories
5. Use food journal daily
6. Do ab exercises during every workout

I feel that most of these goals are doable. I can't wait to see if I accomplish them all by the end of the week. Wish me luck!!

Wishing you luck!

Getting to bed before 11 and doing ab exercies during every workout would be tough for me! I hate ab work and I'm a night owl.

Thanks a bunch ladies for your feedback. I'm a night owl too. I might be forced to take a tylenol pm to go to bed that early:/ I'm really hoping to complete these goals. I'll let you all know on Saturday:)

Good luck, Dee - I find that when I set concrete goals like you did, I am usually successful - and have a feeling you will be, too.

Where'd you go, Dee? I'm holding you accountable, girl! I know you hit a tough spot a few days back and I just want to check in and make sure you are still going strong. I'm here if you are still in the rough!

Hey 266....

I've been having a horrible week:( Without going into detail, something was suppose to happen and when it didn't, I had an emotional break down which lead to emotional eating. I'm so ashamed and just trying to find the energy to get it together. My husband has been very supportive but I don't really think he "gets" how food ties into emotions. I'll log more about my feelings later on today. Thank you very much for checking up on me:)
